Vacation Sherpa is a web platform that allows families to find curated trips by destination. It’s a simple site that aims to leverage key destinations, giving the user access to where to stay, where to eat, and what to do. With all that in mind, I was task the challenge to find the right brand and identity system to give the administrator and stakeholders the flexibility to scale the brand contents.

Web: Modern Classic
The Modern Classic hotel was a project done with H+H. The project told the story of the boutique hotel and how it played an important role as the hub of entertainment. I was tasked to build a look and feel that used typography in a clean, minimal, and elegant way that supported the content.
WEB: Weebly x Square
A marketing microsite for Weebly and Square B2C learning. The campaign tells a story for a general Square store owner and how that store owner should leverage Weebly’s online CMS system. My role was to create the art direction and oversee the design and production. Here it is live.

Plated iOS Stickers
Illustrating all food things at Plated. This particular project involved making a sticker sheet for the new iOS stick capability.
Designed the micro site for the Le Meridien's Eclair media campaign. featuring éclairs inspired by our unique destinations around the globe. To add to the recipes created by our talented chefs, we have partnered with James Beard award-winning pastry chef and LM100™ member Johnny Iuzzini to develop a series of locally-inspired éclairs exclusively for Le Méridien.
Valmont Micro Site
Valmont came to Ceros to build a microsite that told a story about the company and its product. The project was designed and delivered in 1 month from strategy to design to production.
CK Travel iPad App
Designed the iPad travel retail app that allowed customers to participate in the Get Together campaign in airport travel stores leveraging the #the2ofus. Art directed by Louis Moncouyoux
Lost is a short animation about a young protagonist disoriented in a society that are addicted to their digital devices.
The animations concept, animation, art direction and overall production was develop by Kervin from start to finish.
Medea Brand and Identity
Teamed up with H+H on a brand and identity project that had me solving for the visual identity for a product called Medea. The problems solved included color palette, typography, and establishing a visual identity for a product that really had nothing to begin with.

Kervin Ray hails from San Diego, California and is now based in Brooklyn, New York. He was born in the Philippines and returned to Southeast Asia during his time as a parachute rigger in the U.S. Navy, stationed in Atsugi, Japan.
He's an avid, curious, and energized spirit, active in the art and design community. He explores in all creative mediums, including printmaking, visual design, interactive design, illustration, art direction, and more. Currently, he is working full-time as a freelance designer.
In his spare time he enjoys riding motorcycles, surfing, furniture making, skating, and making short 2d animations.
