Helping artists tell their stories, on their own terms.
Working with artists is one reason I love making films. It starts with listening: to the music, the person behind it, and what they want to put into the world. For EASYin2D’s “FJH” and “MIDNIGHT,” I worked closely with him to develop a visual direction that felt true to his voice. My role was to bring ideas, build a team, and help turn that shared vision into something we could make together.

Music Video
From a conversation to a film.
As writer, director, and producer, I stayed close to the project from our first conversations through the final edit. We shaped the treatments around his performances, then brought a small crew together in New York to make them happen. On set, that meant giving him space to perform while guiding the camera and action around him. Through the edit, color, and finishing, the music remained our reference point. Every decision came back to what would best serve the artist and the story we were telling.
Building anticipation before the premiere.
The rollout was an extension of the film. I helped shape a social strategy that introduced its world before revealing the full story, using short teasers, stills, and poster-inspired artwork to build curiosity ahead of the wider release. From planning the sequence of posts to creating assets and writing captions, I worked with EASYin2D to give the launch a consistent voice and visual identity, building toward the premiere and giving audiences a reason to watch.

A release that reached people. And meant something.
In the first week, the rollout generated over 63,000 impressions, and EASYin2D increased his reach and follower count. But the most meaningful outcome was personal: we made something he was proud to put into the world. A film that felt like him, with a release that helped more people discover his work.
